𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐤𝐝𝐞𝐫

Samir Talukder was born in the village of Palima, located in Kalihati Upazila of Tangail District, Bangladesh. In 2022, he was admitted to one of Tangail’s most prestigious institutions — Bindubasini BBGovernment Boys' High School — for grade 6. From an early age, Samir developed a deep passion for programming. Driven by curiosity and dedication, he began working in the fields of programming and youth IT development. His commitment and talent led him to achieve remarkable milestones — in 2024, he won top honors in a national programming competition organized by the ICT Division of Bangladesh, secured first place at the district level in the National Cyber Security Olympiad, and received the Best Computer Programmer Award. At the beginning of 2025, Samir founded the Bangladesh Youth ICT Forum (BYIF) — a youth-led tech platform that now empowers over 2,000 students through e-learning and youth leadership initiatives. In February 2025, his team was honored with the BYIF Tech Award. During the Ekushey Book Fair 2025, Samir published his first book, "Mr. Programmer", which focuses on self-coding techniques and productive programming practices. In June 2025, Samir received international recognition — earning a certificate from the United States of America’s USACO and receiving the prestigious International Youth Award. With over two years of hands-on experience in programming and software development, Samir’s work has been featured in more than five national newspapers and on three television channels — Channel i, Nexus Television, and Somoy TV. Samir dreams of building a better, smarter Bangladesh through the power of technology and youth innovation.
